Payments

We offer several secure payment methods to make paying for your course as simple as possible. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an invoice with detailed payment instructions and your unique payment reference.

CASH

Cash payments can be made at our school’s reception during our opening hours.

NON-THAI DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY

International card payments and digital wallet payments are processed securely through Flywire. Flywire allows you to pay in United States Dollars (USD) using major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Your invoice will include a link to our Flywire payment portal together with your payment reference and step-by-step instructions.

THAI DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

Payments made with debit or credit cards issued by Thai banks are processed securely through Wooshpay in United States Dollars (USD) or Thai Baht (THB).

Your invoice will include instructions for completing your payment through the Wooshpay platform.

BANK TRANSFER

Bank transfers are processed through Flywire, allowing you to transfer funds from your local bank while benefiting from secure payment tracking.

Your invoice will include a link to our Flywire payment portal and instructions for generating the bank transfer details.

If paying by bank transfer, please email your proof of payment to admin@ihbangkok.com once the transfer has been completed.

Please note that all bank charges, including sending bank fees, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion charges, are the responsibility of the payer. Please ensure that you select the option for the sender to pay all transfer fees so that the full invoiced amount is received.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise stated, all fees must be paid in full before the course start date.
